What Our Clients Say About Us
My first encounter with Mr. Ricky Layal was on June 2017; I was applying at that time for jobs as Nephrology Registrar in Ireland. I got then an email followed by phone conversation from Mr. Layal saying that he came across my CV and would like to help me finding a job in Northern Ireland, as by that time I was not yet registered with the GMC, UK, I told him that I am not eligible for that. He successfully persuaded me to apply assuring me that if my interview was successful, he would support and guide me through the whole process of registration with GMC till the travel from my home land, Egypt to my new work place in Northern Ireland.
He was true to his wards; indeed, the letter of acceptance was forwarded to me by Mr. Layal who professionally guided, supported and followed me during the whole lengthy process of applying for the GMC registration, travelling for identity check with the GMC, getting the necessary documents for working visa in the UK and even flight arrangements, transportation and accommodation in my new work place.
I had a difficulty getting the needed score in IELTS exam for the GMC registration; Mr. Layal supported me even in this. I have to say that,
Mr. Layal really went the extra mile in helping me getting my dream job. I owe a lot for his professionalism, advice, kindness and invaluable support.
I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend any professional looking forward to advancing his or her career to seek the invaluable help and support of Mr. Layal.
Please click on the link above to see a video testimonial from Dr Ahmed Donia who Ricky Layal, our recruitment director, placed as a registrar in Altnagelvin Hospital, Northern Ireland. He wanted a six month contract which is not the norm, it showcases our dedication to meet his requirements and go beyond other agencies, who probably didn’t see any value in spending time securing a post for only six months. We are extremely happy to have helped him and also extremely happy that he highly recommends us!
I am grateful to Ricky Layal for making my dream come true. Though I had an opportunity to pursue a job in an NHS in 2009 after my Membership exam, I had to go back to India due to family commitments. I was grounded with various responsibilities and had forgotten about my ambition to do a fellowship in a gynae subspeciality. I met my friends Jayeeta & Manoj in August 2015 in a scientific meeting at Cochin, India. Jayeeta was leaving shortly to join an NHS in UK and asked me if I was interested. I said yes and then everything started to fall in place. Ricky called me sometime in November 2015 and after a brief chat advised me to send my CV & to take up IETS, which I did in January 2016. Ricky promptly called me after the exam to find out my result and I was able to sense the genuine happiness in his voice on my success. Ricky with his team arranged an interview with the western Health & Social Care trust, NI in March & the offer letter came in the first week of May. Then started the tedious process of GMC registration. As it was more than 3 years after my membership exam, I was anxious, if PLAB would be mandatory. Ricky gave me the information through his contacts that it was not needed. It took roughly 4-5 months to get my GMC call for interview. By November 2016, I was in UK with a new job. Ricky followed me closely and helped me to his best whenever I had small glitches here and there. I am indeed very thankful to Ricky for this hard but fruitful journey.
Dr Chitra Kumar
A year ago, I was looking for a job in the United Kingdom in the specialty of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. It happened that I came across Xander Hendrix Healthcare agency represented by Mr Ricky Layal who was in charge of my application.
When Ricky first contacted me, I did not take the matter seriously. Then, he phoned me and spent enough time to know the relevant details of mine, in a very friendly way that strongly impressed me. He kept looking for jobs for me and kept phoning me to discuss these opportunities.
In less than a month, Ricky managed to arrange for me a Skype Interview for a suitable job. I was pleased to get that job so was Ricky. Then, Ricky did a great and comprehensive job in dealing with all aspects of correspondence with me and the prospective employer. Honestly, I felt that he was quite understanding and helpful. We communicated by email, phone and post. He was always available when I needed him.
Ricky’s efforts culminated in me coming over to the UK where he continued to coordinate with the employer on my behalf. When I arrived at Derry Airport, a taxi was waiting for me to take me to my residence which was arranged by
Ricky and his representative Theresa. I was made so comfortable and the whole atmosphere was so friendly. Ricky kept in touch and Theresa continued all the necessary arrangements until I started my job and signed the contract.
Ricky keeps in touch so does Theresa. I am happily working in Derry… thanks to Ricky Layal… great experience, indeed.
