Xander Hendrix Healthcare was formed in 2013 and we have a proven track record of delivering permanent recruitment of medical doctors and nurses in junior, middle grade and senior posts across multiple locations. Our clients benefit greatly from the fact that we specialise only in permanent recruitment and do not have a conflict of interests by also supplying locums. Our aim is to reduce their locum spend by providing long term, cost effective solutions.

Our team are highly experienced in medical recruitment and are specialists in placing overseas doctors and nurses into permanent positions within the UK. The team has over 30 years combined experience of medical recruitment. Our head office is based in London and we also operate satellite offices in Northern Ireland, India, and South Africa.

Our key recruitment projects will have a dedicated account manager responsible for having regular contact to manage the requirements, vacancies and keeping the trust updated on sourcing suitable candidates. We believe constant communication is vital and critical to success and it is a principal that is engrained into our daily activities.

Our consultants are available around the clock; we are not just a 9-5 business and are available evenings and weekends. We provide mobile phone numbers for all the team so clients and candidates can get in touch to discuss any requirements, we appreciate international recruitment is 24/7.

Being on-site at regular intervals is integral to our partnership philosophy. We want to fully understand the recruitment projects we undertake and have detailed knowledge on the trusts we recruit for and their environment to put us in a strong position to sell the opportunities to candidates.

Xander Hendrix Healthcare conducts robust vetting and checking of candidates in line with current legislation, regulation, client contracts and best practice. This is done in accordance with latest NHS checks and standards in the vetting of work seekers. We have achieved a mark of 96% in the Audit section for the National Clinical Staffing Framework Agreement.

Our objective is always to have a locally based presence. This person would be responsible for helping with communication, compliance and candidate meet and greets. We understand the value of having a locally based Xander Hendrix Healthcare member of staff.

Our terms of business and rebate period are as per agreed via the national framework. Our previous successes in recruitment projects has shown us that a fixed fee model works best for all parties.
