Our clients benefit greatly from the fact that we specialise only in permanent recruitment and do not have a conflict of interests by also supplying locums. Our aim is to reduce their locum spend by providing long term, cost effective solutions.
Awarded a sole supplier agreement with the Western Trust in Northern Ireland for recruiting international doctors and nurses on a permanent and fixed term basis. We have placed over 120 international candidates with this client since 2015.
We take our responsibility to all our candidates and clients very seriously and want to maintain professional and ethical standards at all times. We are extremely proud to be a recognised as a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). We adhere to their rules and regulations and follow the code of practice. This ensures that we are updated on legislative changes, industry updates and any modifications to terms and conditions and standard practices.
We have been awarded a place on the new Workforce Alliance RM6333 International Recruitment Framework. We are one of few organisations on all 5 Lots for this framework.
