We here at Xander Hendrix Healthcare have developed a simple and robust recruitment process to attract the most suitable candidates that match your requirements.
Stage 1: Assessing your requirements
We would look to arrange a meeting with your organisation to discuss your specific requirements in detail, answer any questions, agree timeframes and processes to formulate our approach.
Stage 2: Confirmation of requirements
Following the meeting and based on your specification, we will respond quickly with a detailed document which will describe our proposed approach, the recruitment plan, the timescales and processes involved, regular update meetings and the fees agreed for successful placements.
Stage 3: Candidate sourcing and screening
Our team are highly experienced in medical recruitment and are specialists in placing overseas doctors and nurses into permanent positions within the UK. The team has over 30 years combined experience of medical recruitment. Our head office is based in London and we also operate satellite offices in Northern Ireland, India, and South Africa.
Our consultants will run recruitment campaigns to find the right candidates for you. This will be done using a number of different techniques and initiatives including:
- Bespoke and tailor made recruitment database
- Referrals from our network of candidates
- Global and Regional Specific Job Boards
- Social Media Presence
- Medical Conferences & Roadshows
- Networking Events
- Localised advertising
We will conduct robust vetting and checking of all candidates in line with current legislation, regulation, client contracts and best practice. This is done in accordance with latest NHS checks and standards in the vetting of our candidates.
Stage 4: Shortlisting and Candidate Interviews
Once we have identified and sent across a selection of potential candidates that we feel match the requirements, you will shortlist the most suitable ones and provide us with an interview date. We will fully prep our candidates for the interview and make sure they have all the necessary information.
Stage 5: Offer Management
We will provide the appropriate feedback to all our candidates and for those that have been successful we will manage each step of the offer and placement stage. If a candidate has been recruited internationally we will support them with medical registration, travel arrangements, VISAs, accommodation and settling in to a new area.
Stage 6: Pastoral Candidate Care and Review
We will provide ongoing support to all placements and keep in contact after they start their new position to ensure they are happy and have everything they need; we pride ourselves on pastoral care for all our candidates. At the same time, we will in conjunction with yourselves, review the whole process and look to enhance or improve any aspects that may require attention.
